Micro Machines Turbo Tournament '96 is a top-down racing game from Codemasters based on the toyline of the same name. It features race tracks built around real-life locations such as a kitchen or garage, whereon miniature cars, buggies and boats are raced. It expanded on the first game by including more environments and a greater variety of vehicles. This game is more of an expansion to Micro Machines 2, which allows for track creation. This version of the game had two additional controller ports built into the cartridge allowing for four-player races on one console. The game was ported to many systems and became a huge success spawning several sequels.
